Students will gather at First Baptist Church in downtown Roanoke for the Friday night session, spend the night in host homes Friday night, and attend the conference together on Saturday. Breakfast at host home, lunch on Saturday, transportation to and from host homes, and t-shirt are included in the cost of the event.

Parents will drop off their student at FBC on Friday evening at 6 PM and pick them up from FBC on Saturday at the end of the conference at 3:30 PM. All meals and needs included. Spending money for Saturday snacks at FBC and/or purchasing speaker/worship merchandise is optional.

Children who have completed a year of Kindergarten-5th grade during the current school year are invited to attend.

Magnified! VBS will encourage kids to look closely at the details of God’s amazing world and magnify the greatness of God. God loves us and is faithful to keep all His promises to us. We were made to magnify God!

Children must have completed Kindergarten by June 2025. The birth-2 class is open for children of volunteers. Preschool is open to siblings of VBS attendees, as well as children of volunteers. In order for siblings to participate in the preschool VBS, children must have turned 3 as of June 2025.

Youth volunteers must fill out an application. Please print and return to your campus Kids Life.

Student Life invites students to a week of summer camp at FUGE Camp in Ridgecrest, North Carolina. It will be a week of spiritual growth through worship, teaching, time with other students, and lots of games and laughter!

Students completing a year of 6-8th grade in Spring of 2025 will be participating in Centrifuge (similar to previous years). Students completing a year of 9-12th in Spring of 2025 will be participating in MFuge, which works on an offsite mission project throughout the week.

We will take an intergenerational team to support Travelers Church in Pittsburgh, PA, as they host a VBS for their community. The VBS runs Monday-Friday, in the morning hours. There will be opportunities for smaller projects in the afternoon, such as cleaning, repairing, and improving church facilities. Josh Horne and Cathy Noell will serve as co-leaders for the trip.

Camp Eagle overnight camp is for children who have completed a year in 2nd-5th grade, as of June 2025. Day Camp is for children who have completed a year in K-2nd grade, as of June 2025. *2nd graders are able to choose if they want to go to overnight camp or go to day camp.*

*When registering for day camp, pay the $50 deposit and put FCC as your home church. Your account will be updated within 1-2 business days to reflect a remaining balance to match the $200 FCC price.

*When registering for overnight camp, the week will be shown as closed. It is reserved for FCC campers only. Go ahead and register your child and add your child to the waitlist.   • What do I do now that I am a Christian?

Night to Shine is an annual prom night for teens and adults with special needs, ages 14+. This event is sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation and is dedicated to giving individuals with special needs a night where they can shine and know that God loves them for who they are!

Events begin with an optional hair, makeup, and shoe shine, starting at 3 PM. Dinner times will be at 4:30 PM or 5:30 PM ( your choice). Limo rides will begin around 5:30 PM and take people to the dance, lasting from 6-9 PM.

Join us for an old-fashioned family Night of Christmas Cheer!

Bring the whole family and celebrate the season with us. If you’d like to join in the fun, participate in our cookie exchange—bring multiple baggies with 4 cookies each to swap for a variety of delicious treats (you must bring cookies to trade!).

Enjoy festive Christmas music with John in the Worship Center, get creative with family crafts, and gather around the firepit for s’mores under the stars. Plus, we’ll have hot chocolate and cider to keep you cozy.

Unlimited Kids Night is for children with special needs and their siblings, ages 5-17. Pre-registration is required for each event and an information packet must be completed for each child prior to attending.

Children have a blast enjoying games, snacks, Bible stories, crafts, etc., while parents get to enjoy an evening to themselves.
