The Blue Ridge Women's Center is distributing and collecting baby bottles starting on Mother’s Day, to support their services to women in crisis pregnancies. In addition, we will be collecting diapers (Sizes 3, 4, & 5) and wipes to help new moms and dads who need a little extra help getting started. Pick up a bottle at your campus and collect pocket change, or set it on your desk and work so others can contribute, too.

VBS ILLUMINATION STATION

At Illumination Station VBS, kids will be challenged to answer Jesus' important question to His disciples, "Who do you say that I am?" As they explore all the ways light brightens, illuminates, reflects, and reveals, kids will discover that Jesus is the light who brings hope to a dark world.
VBS is open to children aged preschool-5th grade. Preschool is open to children who have turned 3 as of June 2026, with limited spots available. SALEM CAMPUS: All preschool classes have been filled. You may register to add your child to the waitlist. For elementary school programming, children must have completed a year of Kindergarten-5th grade by June 2026.
Childcare for Birth - 2's is open for children of volunteers.

Student Life invites students to a week of summer camp at FUGE Camp at Chowan College in Murfreesboro, NC. It will be a week of spiritual growth through worship, teaching, time with other students, and lots of games and laughter!
Students completing a year of 6-8 grade in spring of 2026 will be participating in Centrifuge, consisting of regular camp events. Students completing a year of 9-12 grade in spring of 2026 will be participating in MFuge, which works on an off-site mission project throughout the week.

Parenting With Purpose
Listening Session

Parents from all campuses are invited to dinner and conversation as part of the Parenting with Purpose Listening Session, provided by the Faith@Home Ministry.
Join a guided conversation where you can share your experiences, be heard, and connect with other parents walking through the same season. This event provides an opportunity to build relationships with other parents and be encouraged, while learning how to become a parent who purposefully disciples your child as the church comes alongside you.
This event is for parents of children from birth-12th grade.
Childcare will be available for birth-5th grade, after dinner. Students in grades 6-12 are invited to attend Epic (in the Annex), where dinner will be served. There will be no cost for students in grades 6-12.
COST: $5 per person, Children Age 3 & Under FREE; $20 family max
To participate in Parent/Child Dedication during service on May 10, you must attend the Parent/Child Dedication Workshop on May 3.
Parent-Child Dedication is an opportunity to publicly express the commitment to lead and nurture your child to love God and love others. During this service, you will be challenged and encouraged through prayer and support from the church.
Workshop registration closes on April 30 at 8 AM.

IRELAND MISSION TRIP INFORMATION MEETING

FCC will be going to Carrigtwohill, Ireland, March 16-26, 2027, on a short-term mission trip. We will have the opportunity to reach an area of the world that is only 1% Christian. Outreach will include prayer walking, distributing flyers, making community visits, and putting on a community Easter Egg Hunt in preparation for Easter Services. Come learn more about how you can be a part of this mission opportunity as we continue to be a church on mission.

Children may go to childcare at the conclusion of the program at 7 PM, for those whose parents are taking part in The Institute.

CHILDREN’S BAPTISM CLASS
MARCH 15 & 18 | 6-7 PM
SALEM & NORTH CAMPUS
Participants Must Attend Both Classes
This class is designed specifically for children ages 6-12 and will help children and parents understand and answer the following questions:
What does it mean to say you are a Christian?
What is baptism?
What is the Lord’s Supper?
What is the local church and its role in helping people know Christ as their Savior?
What do I do now that I am a Christian?
Children, and their parent(s), will have the opportunity to participate in fun, age-appropriate lessons that will initiate engaging conversations with peers and other parents, play games together, and complete daily Bible readings together.
Registration closes on March 12 at 12 PM.
