OPERATION TURKEY DROP

This Thanksgiving, we’re honoring our local First Responders and thanking them for their dedication and the sacrifices they make to keep our community safe.

We aim to provide meals for nearly 700 people at 40 locations throughout the Roanoke Valley, including fire and police stations, emergency rooms, dispatch centers, and jails.

There are several ways you can participate:

• Cook food from the menu provided and bring to your campus on Thanksgiving morning.

• Purchase pre-made pies, bread, cranberries, and/or gravy and drop off at your campus prior to Thanksgiving or on Thanksgiving Day.

• Make a financial donation and we will purchase a cooked turkey on your behalf.

• Volunteer to deliver a meal from your campus to a first responder on Thanksgiving morning.
