FOSTER CARE, ADOPTION, & GLOBAL ORPHAN CARE
We endeavor to help Christian families fulfill God's calling on our lives through James 1:27, which says, "Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world." We do this by helping minister to families who participate in foster care, adoption, and international orphan care.

CarePortal is an online platform that connects you with the needs of vulnerable families and children in our community. Respected organizations such as Roanoke DSS or the Rescue Mission request basic needs of a family that, if fulfilled, can radically change the trajectory of their vulnerable situation. This helps keep families together, prevents children from going into foster care, and supports kids already in the system.
We would love for you to be part of the FCC response team! You can get involved by shopping for requested items, delivering items-small and large, picking up donations, fostering relationships with families, and so much more!
Please email Kelli Moore at kelli@127place.org to find out how you can help families in the Roanoke Valley!
Camp Scholarships for FCC Foster/Adopt Families
Fellowship Community Church recognizes that it is a significant emotional and financial responsibility to foster/adopt and we want to do all we can to support those families. One way we can help is by offering Camp Scholarships (Camp Eagle/Fuge) to all children in those FCC families that foster/adopt. Families will need to complete the scholarship application at this link https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/SVCCRKQ. Upon completion, we will give you a code to use when you register your child(ren) for camp. Parents are responsible for the $50 deposit for camp per child, and the code will cover the rest of the balance. Please contact emptychair@fcclife.org with any questions, or if you are unable to pay the deposit.
