Children’s Ministry Director

Part-Time, North Campus

15-20 hours/week

 

Qualifications:

  • Passion and heart for serving Jesus by serving children and their families

  • Well-developed organization, communication and leadership skills

  • Good standing FCC membership or willing to become a member; exhibits mature Christian walk

  • Early childhood or education degree or equivalent work experience in related field

Responsibilities for North Campus:

  • Assist with Children’s Ministry vision creation, casting and implementation to help ensure the spiritual development of children and their families

  • Volunteer recruitment, development and retention

  • Implement curriculum and lesson plans for children’s department (Birth through 5th grade)

  • Manage and oversee North Campus Children’s Ministry Department and volunteers

  • Collaborate with Children’s ministry staff from all campuses to help provide continuity

  • Provide and/or organize staffed childcare needs for the North Campus and church wide events
