Full-Time, Salem Campus

36-40 hours/week

 

Qualifications:

  • Passion and heart for serving the Church and facilitating ministry

  • Forward thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical skills and or knowledge

  • Good standing FCC membership or willing to become a member; exhibits mature Christian walk

  • Minimum high school graduate and preferred 2 years related experience

Responsibilities:

  • Using a preventative approach, help to work toward maintaining buildings, grounds, equipment, housekeeping, and general construction needs.

  • Help to ensure facilities are fully operational, safe, clean, and prepared for services and activities.

  • Help to perform maintenance/repairs for the church building, equipment (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical) and property

  • Assist in event setup and teardown as needed (tables, chairs, etc.)

  • Continuously help to identify & address general safety issues and confirm adherence to all fire safety standards
