Part-Time, Salem Campus
Hospitality Ministry
5-10 hours/week
Qualifications:
Passion and heart for serving Jesus by using hospitality and encouragement to contribute toward Kingdom growth.
Well-developed organization, communication and leadership skills
Good standing FCC membership or willing to become a member; exhibits mature Christian walk.
Deep desire to see others feel welcomed, invited and served within the church.
Responsibilities:
Lead and cultivate vibrant guest services teams at a high level while ensuring consistency in all systems and processes from weekend to weekend.
Oversee the total guest experience at all weekend services and during special events.
Recruit and train volunteers to help create a culture of hospitality
Work closely with Guest Service Admin and Life Groups Pastor.
