Special Needs Ministry Assistant Director

Full-Time, Salem Unlimited Ministry

40 hours/week

 

Qualifications:

  • Passion and heart for serving Jesus by serving individuals with special needs and their families.

  • Desire to see those with special needs walking and growing with God.

  • Heart for sharing Jesus in developmentally appropriate ways.

  • Good standing FCC membership or willing to become a member; exhibits mature Christian walk.

  • Human Service or Education degree and equivalent work experience in related field.

Responsibilities for North Campus:

  • Assist Ministry Director with Unlimited vision casting and implementation.

  • Volunteer recruitment, development, and retention.

  • Coordinate with Director to develop and execute outreach activities for individuals with special needs and their families.

  • Supply, resource, and inventory management.

  • Compile, maintain and distribute regular reporting.

  • Work with Director to coordinate and execute Unlimited programs, camps and fundraisers.

  • Assist with all ministry events and activities.
