Technology Director

Part-Time, Worship Arts Ministry

15-20 hours/week 

Qualifications:

• Passion and heart for serving Jesus by using your hands-on experience, gifts, and knowledge to contribute toward Kingdom growth.

• Critically and creatively assess current technological and equipment needs and offer new and innovative improvements.

• Good standing FCC membership or willing to become a member; exhibits mature Christian walk.

• Thorough understanding, and established experience, of the operation and control of sound, lighting, and other production equipment for multi-site, multi-service production.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and cultivate a vibrant production team at a high level, while infusing creativity and technical excellence to the on-stage and backstage elements

• Lead planning and implementation for all series staging ideas

• Designing, setting up, and operating sound and lighting equipment for projects

• Recommending and using new technologies to improve production and workflow

• Coordinate and oversee implementation of all AVL and technical needs outside of weekend services
