Children's Baptism Class

This class is designed specifically for children ages 6-12 and will help children and parents understand and answer the following questions. 

  • What does it mean to say you are a Christian?

  • What is Baptism?

  • What is the Lord’s Supper?

  • What is the local church and their role in helping people know Christ as their Savior?

  • What do I do now that I am a Christian? 

Children, and their parent(s), will have the opportunity to participate in fun, age-appropriate lessons that will initiate engaging conversations with peers and other parents, play games together, and complete daily Bible readings together. 

2022 Class Date

Wednesday Evenings:  November 2 and 9 // 6:00 – 7:30 PM

*At least one parent/guardian must attend all classes.

*Children need to attend all sessions in each class.

Parent Child Dedication is a way to publicly express the commitment to lead and nurture your child to love God and love others. Dedication will be held during all services on June 20.

To take part in Dedication, we ask that you first attend a Workshop for parents that will be held on June 13 at each campus.

Workshops:

North: Room 1102, 9:15 service

Salem: 2101/Conference Room, 11:00 Service

Southwest: Room 131, 9:15 Service

Children's Baptism Class

Children’s Baptism Class teaches kids who have asked Jesus to be their Savior how and why they should follow Jesus/ example through baptism and how to share their story. They will also learn about the Lord’s Supper and talk about the healthy habits needed for their personal growth in Jesus. This is a 3-week interactive class with games and activities, and is prerequisite for children to be baptized. At least one parent/guardian must attend with their child.
